This guide will walk you through a magical yet grounded way to use Reiki for manifestation, beginning with a sacred journal entry and ending with infused intention.

Step 1: Create a Sacred Space for Manifesting 🌙
Before you write a single word, prepare your energy.
Find a quiet place where you can collect your thoughts. Make this moment feel intentional — like a ritual. Perhaps you light a candle, sit near a window, or wrap yourself in your favorite blanket. Pour a glass of tea or water, something comforting that signals to your body that this is sacred time.
Ground yourself.
Close your eyes. Take a few slow breaths. Feel your feet connected to the earth. Imagine roots growing from your body into
the ground, anchoring you securely in the present moment.
Then gently call in your Reiki guides and the universal life force energy. Invite them to support your manifestation process with clarity, protection, and alignment.
You may say silently:
“I call upon my Reiki guides and those who are here for my best and highest good to support this manifestation. May what I write be aligned with my soul’s path.”
Feel the shift. Feel the presence. Feel the energy.
Step 2: Begin With Present-Tense Affirmations 📖🖊️
Using affirmations is incredibly powerful in manifesting because words carry frequency.
When infused with Reiki energy, they become magnetic.
Choose a favorite pen or a fresh journal — something that feels special. Let this be a sacred tool.
As you begin writing, remember the golden rule of manifestation:
Write in the present tense, as if it already exists.
Every sentence should feel like a memory, not a wish.
Instead of:
“I want financial freedom.”
Write:
“I am financially abundant and supported in all that I do.”
“Money flows to me effortlessly and consistently.”
“I wake up every day feeling fulfilled in my thriving, soul-aligned career.”
As you write, slow down.
Feel each word.
Let every affirmation land in your body as truth. Imagine you are scripting your current reality. The key to Reiki manifestation is embodiment — your nervous system should begin to relax as if it’s already done.
Take your time. Put thought into each phrase. The energy you pour into these sentences is the energy that fuels them.
Step 3: Activate the Distance Symbol 🙌
Once your affirmations or manifestations are written, pause.
Draw the distance symbol onto the paper (for those attuned and trained in its use). This symbol transcends time and space, making it a powerful tool for quantum manifestation and energetic alignment.
As you draw it, intend that your desires are already connected to you across all timelines.
Then call in Reiki energy.
Place your hands gently over the page. Allow Reiki to flow through your palms and into your written words for 1–2 minutes.
Feel it.
See the energy saturating the paper. Imagine your affirmations glowing with light. Sense that the vibration of your desires is being amplified and anchored into your field.

Step 4: Seal the Energy With Gratitude ✨
When you feel complete, slowly lift your hands.
Whisper or think:
